Important Information
Parental Involvement:
* Parental Involvement is critical to the success of your clubber, especially at the younger ages. Helping encourage him/her in a loving, supportive way will greatly help them achieve their goal. A great goal is for your child to finish their handbook in the Awana Club year.
Food Allergies/Allergies/Health Concerns:
* When registering, please make sure to list any food allergies or other allergies, health concerns (learning challenges, asthma, etc.) on your registration. This is extremely important as we would like your child to have the best experience in Awana possible.
Dress Code:
* Please ensure your child wears modest, comfortable clothes that they can run, jump, twist, and play all sorts of crazy games in! (Please no dresses for modesty reasons during gametime.)
Leaders/Helpers:
* All leaders/helpers have filled out a QDBC Children’s Ministry application and have passed a nation-wide background check.
Emergency Contact Numbers:
(304) 777-0647
